§ 2 Purpose
The purpose of the association is to:
- investigate and understand the cause of the light phenomena in Hessdalen..
The purpose shall be achieved through the following activities:
- establish necessary teams and areas of responsibility to procure research data on the phenomenon
- establish the necessary teams and areas of responsibility to recruit members and secure assistance from donors/sponsors who can secure funding for the operation of activities and equipment and other necessary services.
- work to create a greater understanding of the phenomenon
- Arrange a Field Trip or a Conference every two years
- Produce an annual report for the members
